RETURNS
Purchases made from our website, www.sunily.co, are eligible for return for a full refund as follows:
30-Day Worry-Free Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Sunily.co Purchases Only
Purchases made from retail locations, third-party marketplaces, or Amazon.com are subject to the return policies of those sellers. Sunily cannot accept returns for products purchased through third-party retailers. Please refer to the seller's return policy for assistance.
How to Return an Item
Return Authorization
Please contact us at help@sunily.co. Have your original order number available so we can retrieve your order details. We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA). You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Original Packaging
Items must be returned in their original packaging and include all accessories and components.
Return Label
Please affix the return shipping label over the original shipping label and include your RA number for faster processing.
Damaged Returns
Up to a 30% restocking fee may be assessed if returned products are damaged, show signs of use, or are missing accessories. Customers are responsible for any shipping damage caused by improper packaging during return transit.
International Returns
Customers outside the United States are responsible for all return shipping costs to the designated Sunily service center.
Unauthorized Returns
Sunily will not accept returns without a valid RA number. Any unauthorized return may be refused or returned to the sender at the sender's expense. Sunily is not responsible for products lost or damaged when our return process is not followed.
REFUNDS
Return Approval Process
Once your return is received, our warehouse team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return requirements outlined above.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please contact your payment provider regarding the timing of the credit appearing in your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
